Shadow Work Mentorship Online
A compassionate path into the hidden parts of the self that are asking to be seen, understood, and brought into a more conscious relationship.
What shadow work means in my practice
Shadow work brings attention to what has been pushed out of sight: unconscious patterns, defenses, wounds, projections, difficult feelings, and unlived parts of the self. These hidden parts can continue to shape relationships, choices, and spiritual life even when we understand the pattern intellectually.
In my practice, the shadow is not an enemy to defeat or a problem to analyze from a distance. We meet it with courage, humility, compassion, and direct presence. The aim is integration: a more honest relationship with fear, shame, grief, anger, longing, and the parts of your own power that may have been disowned.
This work is informed by Jungian depth psychology and held within a broader psycho-spiritual mentorship. Jung's understanding of the shadow gives us a way to recognize projections, recurring patterns, dreams, symbols, and the movement toward a more whole life. The spiritual dimension keeps the inquiry connected to meaning, embodiment, relationship, and the life you are actually living.
Who This Work May Suit
When something deeper is asking to be met
Patterns That Repeat
You recognize the same conflict, defense, or relationship dynamic returning and want to understand what is moving beneath it.
Feelings Kept Outside
You are ready to make room for grief, fear, anger, shame, longing, or another feeling that has been difficult to hold or name.
A Life at a Threshold
You sense that an old map no longer carries you forward and want to listen for what the psyche and soul may be asking of you.
Online Sessions
What working together involves
Most of my practice takes place online. Sessions are available by video or phone, with in-person work also available in Sedona, Arizona. I work in English and German.
We begin with what is alive in your life: perhaps a recurring pattern, a relationship conflict, a dream, a difficult feeling, a spiritual question, or a threshold you can no longer approach in the old way. The work brings Jungian depth psychology, shadow work, somatic presence, and spiritual inquiry into a direct human encounter.
Ongoing clients commonly meet weekly or bi-weekly. A single session is also available for someone who wants focused depth around a particular question or wants to experience the work before considering anything ongoing.
The Scope of Mentorship
Depth-oriented mentorship, not psychotherapy
This is psycho-spiritual mentorship. It is ongoing work that brings Jungian depth psychology, shadow work, somatic presence, and spiritual tradition into the particular questions and patterns of your life. It is available to individuals and couples seeking a guide into integration, embodiment, and a more truthful relationship with themselves.
The work is not psychotherapy and is not presented as a substitute for psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or crisis care. If you need clinical assessment or treatment, the appropriate relationship is with a qualified mental-health professional.
Begin with one honest conversation.
You do not need to be certain. The first conversation is simply a place to sense whether the relationship and the work are right for you.
